Citrus Seasoned Salt

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 cup Kosher salt

Step-by-Step Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Combine zest and salt together in a large mixing bowl. Lift and rub mixture together in your hands. Continue to work the zest into the salt until there are no clumps of zest.
  3. Spread out on a parchment lined rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Bake for one hour or until the zest is completely dry. You can test this by pinching the salt and the zest should be dry to the touch.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet.
  6. Store in an air-tight container.
  7. Enjoy!
