Creamy Buffalo Dip

Ingredients:
2 cups lowfat cottage cheese
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup lowfat milk
2 tablespoons of your favorite hot sauce – or more if you like it hotter
1 tablespoon fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pinch of salt and black pepper
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
Step-by-Step Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except bacon in a food processor and blend until smooth but with a slight texture.
- Stir in crumbled bacon.
- Serve with veggies, chips or your favorite bite sized protein.
