Creamy Horseradish Spread


  • 1/2 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed (or your favorite dried herbs)
  • salt and pepper to taste


Step 1. Whisk all ingredients together.
Step 2. Season to taste with salt
Step 3. Enjoy!


This keeps in fridge for a week or so. Toss with shredded cabbage for a twist on slaw or thin with additional rice wine vinegar and a little olive oil for a nice creamy salad dressing.
