Diane’s Breakfast Parfait with Homemade Granola

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups plain, non fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon fruit preserves (photo is orange marmalade)
  • 1/2 cup your favorite fresh fruit (photo is pomegranate arles)
  • 1/4 cup Diane's Game Changing Granola (link to recipe below)

Directions

Step 1. Whisk first 4 ingredients together.
Step 2. Assemble parfait as follows:
1. yogurt mixture
2. fresh fruit
3. top with 1/4 cup Game Changing Granola
Step 3. Enjoy!
