Baked Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops


  • 4 boneless pork loin chops
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup Panko crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Step-by-Step Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Rub each chop well with Dijon mustard.
  4. On rimmed baking sheet or platter, combine panko, garlic powder, cheese, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  5. Pat the chops into the crumb mixture, turning to coat each side very well.
  6. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake until done, about 30 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
