Diane’s 3-Step Anchovy Paste

Ingredients:

1 can of anchovies in oil

Where is the “that was easy” button when you need it?

Check this out before you open another can of anchovies!

1. Open the can just enough that the oil drizzles out an drain oil into storage container. Cover, place in fridge to use in your favorite recipes where anchovy-ish oil pairs well like sauteed greens, Caesar dressing, scampi, clam sauce and so much more.
2. Dice remaining anchovies on cutting board. I suggest using a plastic cutting board for this so the oil doesn’t get in the wood.
3. Mash using a chef knife by pressing down onto the cutting board until becomes a paste.
4. Enjoy!
