1/2 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon dried dill weed or your favorite dried herbs
salt and pepper to taste
- Whisk all ingredients together.
- Season to taste with salt
NOTE: This keeps in fridge for a week or so. Toss with shredded cabbage for a twist on slaw or thin with additional rice wine vinegar and a little olive oil for a nice creamy salad dressing.
