Creamy Horseradish Spread
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon dried dill weed (or your favorite dried herbs)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1. | Whisk all ingredients together. |
Step 2. | Season to taste with salt |
Step 3. | Enjoy! |
Note
This keeps in fridge for a week or so. Toss with shredded cabbage for a twist on slaw or thin with additional rice wine vinegar and a little olive oil for a nice creamy salad dressing.
