Wild Mushroom Seasoned Salt


  • 1 cup sliced wild mushrooms
  • 1 cup Kosher salt

Step-by-Step Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Place mushrooms on a parchment lined rimmed baking sheet
  3. Bake for 1 hour or until mushrooms are dry and ready to crumble.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool.
  5. Add mushrooms to food processor and process until finely ground.
  6. Combine mushrooms with salt and mix until completely incorporated together.
  7. Store in an air-tight container.
