Sensational Sautéed Steakhouse-Style Mushrooms

2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
16 ounces sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Step-by-Step Directions:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon butter and olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently until nearly all of the water has been released and evaporated.
  3. Add remaining tablespoon of butter and remaining ingredients to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Enjoy!
